Poor quality, bad fit

"I was very dissapointed upon recieving this dress. It is poor quality, especially for the steep price, with fraying on the straps and hem. The actual dress is very different from the one pictured. The sizing is way off I was swimming in this. I wanted to love this dress but will be returning it to my local FP."
