It's super comfy but completely see through around the butt. I wore it once and was unaware of the "view" I was giving everyone. Would return it but already wore it. Not worth the price!!

I got this in the taupe and I really like the material and color but it's just oversized. Too long (and I'm 5'9") and loose in the waist. It also stretches throughout the day. I tried drying it at high temperature but it just won't shrink and it feels larger with each wear. Pretty and very comfortable but not quite right.

Love the fabric, the fit, everything (although of course too long bc I'm 5'1" but cutting it is no problem). I am only really commenting because I ordered the taupe and for some reason it looked a bit pinkish online but more brownish in person.

I purchased this maxi in the taupe color in a size small. It fits very nicely on the waist, the color is beautiful, and it's very comfy. My only problem with it is that it is very long. I'm about 5'6 and I have like 6 in. of fabric trailing behind me, making it very hard to walk, plus it gets the bottom dirty. The length can easily be fixed with some scissors though, because it has a raw hem, like more FP Beach maxis. It looks great with an oversized tee.Otherwise, this is a great purchase! It can easily be worn ALL year, making it a great addition to your wardrobe; however, if you're shorter than 5'11 and aren't willing to make some adjustments to the length, I'd refrain from the purchase.

I received this skirt in July and I luv it; maybe the quality of fabric was improved from earlier, because the fabric is not so thin and has beautiful drape to it. Yes, it does run big; I'm 5'7" 14olbs & got the small which I'm hoping to exchange for XS when it becomes available this month & will buy another color as well. IF you read measurements it says skirt is 44" so you should NOT be surprised by its length...cut the raw hem after washing & drying since others have mentioned it shrinks it in length. Plus it has POCKETS!!! One request from FP to put waist measurements relaxed AND fully extended. Thank you.

LOVE this skirt. I own many maxis in many brands, styles, and fabrics, and this is my favorite summertime skirt for everyday errands, lunch dates, and shopping outings. A true maxi length skirt that reaches the floor. I am 5'6"/34C/130lbs with an average build, and I bought a small. It's roomy but I like it that way. Love the pockets! Regarding length: I noticed many of the previous reviews mentioned that the skirt is too long for their various heights. But you'll notice that the hem of the skirt is not finished - rather, it has a raw edge. This means you can cut off as much of the skirt as you see fit to make it the length you want - very versatile! You can DIY even if you don't have tailoring experience. Just make sure to use very sharp scissors (fabric scissors or sheers would work best), and if you're not good at eyeballing accurately while cutting, it wouldn't hurt to measure with a ruler/measuring tape and mark with tailor's chalk where you want to cut so that your new hem is even. Wear the highest heel you think you'll ever pair with this skirt when measuring/marking. Better to cut off too little (and just try again) than too much. Then leave the edge raw like it is designed it be. Takes 15 minutes, max! Or if this scares you, take the skirt to a tailor, especially if you want the edge finished (or to your bestie with the wicked tailoring skills!). Others have noted that washing and drying in the dryer has helped with the long hem as well. If you alter the skirt to the length you like, DO NOT dry in the dryer! It will shrink and you'll be left with a midi! :( I cut off about 3 inches and was pleased with the result - still nearly skims the floor with my 5-inch summer wedges. Very nice, FP. ;)

I have found this skirt to run very large and long- that said I really do like wearing it! I am over six feet tall and this skirt easily reaches the floor- I really don' t mind that though as I like the look. I could pull it up over my chest and wear it as a dress and it is still maxi length on me. Making this skirt well versatile. I have the taupe colour and am thinking of buying the charcoal one too but I think I would size down as the skirt is rather big on me in me usual size. The fabric is quite thin but somehow the skirt still manages to drape really well. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

I am tall 5'11", so not sure who FP made this skirt for as I cut 6" off the bottom? It hangs nicely and good basic, but a little thin for the price. Nice but not mad about it.
