"i got these shoes for christmas and i adore them in the mushroom color. the only downfall was like the other reviewer said is that in is a bit snug and crushed my toes a bit. hopefully they'll stretch with more wear and since its winter i planned on wearing socks with them... not enough room even for a thin sock . my advice would be to size up a half size. but i sm keeping because i have faith in them"

"So i received my military brogue shoes today. I popped the box open and pulled these baby's out. As i grabbed the bottom of the shoe i realized they are slick as ice skates on the bottom. This is a no no for me. I'm extremely clumsy. I began to slip it onto my foot. They are a bit narrow so i hopped over to the couch to look at them closer. The buttons un snap! I was gritty excited. After 2 were un done they slipped on like those velcro barbie shoes from the second grade. But i soon discovered that once button and basic walking a couple steps forward two of the buttons popped open. I looked down thinking are my feet fat hmm my bottom lip swelled up. I slipped it off and back into the box. I just don't think 100 dollar flats should have so many cautions limited. If i can't walk normally even on carpet without sliding and already the buttons are to lose to stay snapped then maybe they aren't worth it. They are lovely and so soft. Sooo beautiful but not really functional as a real shoe."
