While FreePeople.com will not charge extra for shopping on our mobile site, there may be standard associated data fees from your service carrier. Check with your carrier for details.
Will I need a FreePeople.com account to shop on the mobile site?
No, you do not need an account to browse the site on your mobile device. To make a purchase, you can sign in to your existing account, create a new account, or check out as a guest.
Will items I put in my shopping cart on a desktop computer be accessible from my mobile device?
Yes. When you add products to your cart from either the mobile site or the standard website, they will transfer when you log onto your account anywhere else.
Can I access my wish list from my mobile device?
Yes, you can log in to your FreePeople.com account from your device to view and edit your existing wish list or create a new one.
Does the Free People mobile site have the same products as the regular Free People site?
Practically all of our products and categories carry over to our mobile site. We do not currently show outfits, but we hope to add that in soon.
Are all my orders trackable on my mobile device?
Yes, you can view and track all orders, mobile and non, from your mobile device. Likewise, any orders placed through our mobile site will be viewable from our regular site.
Will I be automatically logged out of my account on my mobile device?
Yes, after 30 minutes of inactivity, you will be automatically logged out.
