I was a bit disappointed with the jacket. The construction is really well done (there's even wiring sewn in around the collar and the bottoms of the sleeves and coat itself so you can adjust the hang of it), but the leather itself is very thin and light. I was expecting something a bit thicker and sturdier. The color is more of a washed out chocolate brown, and is quite lovely. It also runs a tad small/tight-it is very fitted. I really wanted to love the jacket, but it was just much thinner than what I wanted.

couldn't decide between the UK 6 or UK 8. I am 5'6"/101/32B, size 0/25. went with the UK 8 after checking other fp Muubaa reviews and so glad I did. I can comfortably fit a thermal by itself or layered with a (very) light sweater, but forget anything more than that. A UK6 would have fit okay, but no more than a thin tee would have fit underneath. 8 zips up without trouble and is pretty snug through the waist, arms are fitted. I would say this jacket runs more like 00-8 than 2-10 in US sizing. leather is super soft and supple, color not as dark/rich/wine-ish as pictured - I can understand why other reviewer was disappointed. But I love the color - it's still neutral but really unique. kind of a washed out maroon/putty/taupe color. Def not your standard brown but goes with everything. Love it!

I usually wear size 0 - 2 and XS. I bought this jacket in UK8 because I wanted to be able to wear something thick underneath. The size was good. The leather was so soft and jacket's very warm. But I am returning it because of the color. The photos on FP are very misleading. The jacket looks to be a rich wine color, a nice deep purple, but it's actually a dull, verging on brown color that did nothing for my skin tone. In fact it washed me out. Really wanted this to work but had to send it back; for the hefty price tag it just wasn't good enough.
