The picture of this necklace is gorgeous & I thought it would be a perfect birthday gift for my daughter since she had just traveled to see the Northern Lights. However, the item that came was NOTHING like the one pictured. It was terribly ugly, there was no green to it (and I had even emailed about this after reading the first review---was assured it was indeed green) and it looks CHEAP. Needless to say, it went back. 1.14.2013

Rated 1 out of 5Â by sheanicole a real bummer So my fiance attempted to get this for me for christmas because I spent hours trying to figure out what stone was in the picture, it's labradorite and I even found a beautiful vintage labradorite ring that matches the stone in the picture, but when he opened it he was very disappointed. So much so, that he came home to show me. I understand that each stone might be a different shape, even in color slightly, no two rocks are the same. But what was expected was something at least similar to what's in the picture and at least the same stone. What we got was something more like quartz treated with titanium and the stone was all scratched up and looked terrible. Not only that but it just looked cheap. Not worth the price. I just feel so bad for my fiance who tried to get something special for me for christmas and turned out to be a huge disappointment. 11.20.2012
