Sarah Lewis is a Philadelphia-based designer. She originally worked for Free People as an accessories designer. Her accessory designs are based off of any amazing fabric, trim, or embellishment that she can find so she is always on the hunt for new materials and finding new ways to combine materials.
The Moroccan Messenger is a canvas bag with obi coin belts sewn to the front flap. The obi belts were imported from Pakistan and each are unique and one of a kind. All of the beads, metal coins, sequins, and trims used to make these belts are between 50 and 100 years old and come from the nomadic Kuchi people from Afghanistan.
