I bought this in the sage green and just love it. The sleeves fit Hooray, the lace back is just covered enough so you don't see erm the underwear and the front part is lovely too. All in all a winner. Probably will indulge in a few more.

by Skullygirl simple styling. . with a surprise!
overall, this henley is understated + simple, with the surprise of gorgeous mixed lace at the back.... what a nice detail! the olive colour is very mellow and neutral (not too green). the fit is a bit relaxed. i tend to gravitate toward fitted shirts, so i like this deviation. i tried it over a ruffle hemmed tank, cinched with the "kingsbury triple wrap belt" + skinny jeans and boots. love the effortless, yet pulled-together look (see pix). i think i'll be able to work this henley into a million styles!

This is definitiely one of my favorite free people henley's. I got so many compliments on it. The patches are so adorable and looks even better in person. It hands just over your butt a little bit, but I do agree with the other readers, the shirt is a little tight on your arms. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly! I am normally a medium. I am 5 5, 135 lbs with a strong athletic build. This shirt was flattering in all of the places I wanted it to be. Especially with the slit in the front because you can expose it and show off some cleavage. Love it!

Not sure how I feel about this top---I loved the olive colour when I saw it on the photographs, but when I got the top it looked quite faded and washed out. On hindsight, the terracota or pink might have been a better option. The olive is exactly like the studio photos online, not the outdoor shot. The lace detailing is lovely, though, and it is a very comfortable top with snug sleeves. I might keep it.

I took the advice of the previous reviewers and sized up, and I am glad that I did. I am normally an XSmall in FP tops, and I ordered a size Small just to be safe. The upper part of the sleeves just fit, so if I had ordered my normal size, it would have been too tight. The shoulders fit fine, the sleeves are a little long (which I expected since I sized up), and the length is perfect for either leaving out or tucking in. The patchwork lace is really eyecatching on the back and makes the top special. The neckline is nice for showing off your collarbones, but not so wide that it shows off your bra straps. I purchased this in olive, and it looks exactly as it does online. Another fabulous FP top!

This henley shirt is super comfy! The patches on the back is durably attached, no worries about the crochet stitches falling apart! It was difficult for me to decide which color to pick coz' they're all very pretty and versatile colors. Overall, it's a great and a must have shirt! By the way, it's a relaxed fit you might have to go one size up, the arms if go with your normal size it might be a little snug.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by californiasun Really pretty detail!
I love this top! The fit is nice, true to size, I would say. It is slightly boxy in the back, but has a loosely fitted look from the front. I decided on the Olive color, which is more like the multiple shots than the catalog photo - a nice sage green. The Terra Cotta was beautiful, too! And, the black is more like a charcoal gray - also very nice. The back is what really makes this special, and the patchwork of lace is super pretty! Really a decent FP price for the cute detail of this top!

If youre buying this top and you have the Emily Slip, you will love how great they look together! I have the ivory color that I pair with the berry emily slip... and also have the Petunia color that I pair up with the ivory Emily slip. It helps if you don't want the back to be as see through... just love the way it looks... try it !! : )
