Rated 1 out of 5Â by sfny Bad fit, too snug This hat has the potential to be cute but it's too small and thin and does not really look like it can be worn as the model has it in the photos. I have an average sized head and very long hair and love to wear hats and I was so looking forward to wearing this hat. But alas, it was too small, the material was too thin and I could not wear it the way it is shown in the pictures. And - it is not worth the full price at all. It is 100 percent acrylic - which is fine - but it's not worth the full price for the low quality. I can't believe that a free people item did not live up to my expectations! 2.19.2013

Rated 2 out of 5Â by queenladi Wouldn't waste my money again I purchased this beanie because it matched a scraf and glove set. The beanie is made of 100% acrylique. I also purchased the open knit striped beanie and it's made of 50% cotton and 50%acrylique. I'm in love with that particular beanie because it's over-sized and stretchy. (Just what I wanted,) I have a large head so, it's flattering. This beanie is snug and I believe it would work well for someone with a smaller head. You would also need to wear it exactly like the model. I'll keep the beanie, but I'm not thrilled. I don't want to go through the exchange/refund hassle. I think its a good beanie for fall/spring. 12.25.2012
