"I bought these shorts for their sale price in a M because they're weren't any size S left. I figured it didn't really matter because the sale price was so good. They definitely run a bit big! The small would have been much better but with a belt they hold up just fine! I still might get them taken in.
They are super cute, especially with black tights and ankle boots during the day!"

"What a STEAL at the sale price! Free people bottoms usually run a little large (for their letter sizing) so I usually order a XS (27/sz 2), but I ordered a S and felt it was perfect. The elastic helps it stay up and the print is TOO cute. Additional details at the hem and just the overall look make this skorts/shorts a lot of fun. Fabric is a bit thin so nude-colored panties are a must. Length is appropriate and can be adjusted with the tight elastic."

New Favorite Shorts

"I ordered these shorts these shorts in a black small and absolutely love them. The color is a little duller than pictured and the print is more taupe than gold. The color combination does look great together and the shorts fit as pictured. They are comfy and long enough on my 5'9 frame. Definitely worth the sale price!"

"I got these in the black and they fit nice and loose in a large. The waist is a comfy elastic that can be worn at the hip, or pulled up higher. I like to use these as shorts or bloomers. The little bit of trim on the bottom is a very cute detail."

"I love this piece!
PROS:
-elastic waistband allows for any size to fit, so if you are debating between XS vs S, S vs M, etc. don't panic! You cannot really go wrong.
-Goes with any kind of top (however I would recommend solid color in order to not over power the shorts).
-Extremely unique!
