I like. It fits more like a shrug, which allows for versatility. As a one-size-fits all, the top tends to swallow my smaller frame, but you can manipulate the shrug to work with your outfit. Originally purchased black, but it is way more of a gray and limits my wardrobe too much. I ended up with the cream and couldn't be happier. Also, my first order came with a snag, so be very careful, the fabric is definitely delicate. Overall: very feminine and airy, delicate and flowy without looking too much like a scarf. The arms are more roomy than on the model, they must be pinching it in on the sides

The quintessential boho shrug. This is a cute little piece that reminds me of a vintage piece you'd be delighted to find as you rummage through the thrift shop. I don't mean to say that as though it's a put down, the top is very cute -- it looks worn in though, well loved!
It's super duper flimsy, so don't get this if you want something warm, it really is an accessory piece to go over a pretty slip or light dress, or simply to dress up a simply outfit with jeans. The shape doesn't sit really well, but it does settle down once you warm it up a bit. It's pretty and very vintage-inspired.

This top in BOTH colors is adorable. Very lightweight cotton like batiste and precious embroidery. Not cheap at all... I live in the deep south where the temps are in the high 90s all summer long, and this is perfect for a tank top coverup in the hot hot summers. The cotton breathes, not like polyester. It is very soft and not stiff at all...I bought both and love them.

I bought this in the ivory to match a long loose ivory
cami tank top. 5'3, 120 lbs, a small fit me true to size. It's delicate and pretty and can't wait to wear it if ever the spring arrives.

I wasn't impressed with this at all. It looks like it was made for $ 5 in India. The fabric is very delicate and will wear out or tear quickly. Very disappointed Free People. The black is more charcoal and doesn't have the classy black detail as show in the picture and as I specifically wanted black I wasn't at all happy. It's very small too. I think there will be a lot of returns also

I would like to state that 50% of my wardrobe is FP, I love most of their items and buy them in all colors. I have to say I am embarssed for Free People on this one..It is so cheaply made. The material is to delicate for the stich they used to make a seam across back..I hadnt even tried it on and I noticed the fabric was already fraying apart from the seam. I doubt it would last one night out without tearing. They didnt need to have a seam across back but must have been done to save fabric costs and by sewing the pieces together also throws off the lace pattern because they didnt match up the design. The lace around sleeves and bottom isnt sewn straight and you can tell from the picture they didnt finish the seams of the trim, they are frayed and stingy looking and threads hanging off. I adore it in the picture but it gets a big fat zero especially at $48. I bet they get a lot of returns and will be on sale soon!

Very pretty shrug - the embroidery and lace are so different. I ordered the black which is kind of a black/grey ombre. This would look great over FP lace sleeve turtlenecks now, or over tanks or sundress in the summer. Fits as shown.
