"i just got these boots in brown 6.
i've been imagining a style like this for a few years now and I cannot believe i finally found them. I was very hesitant to get them because of the price, but there was only one left on stock and i had to get it. they look perfect and fresh, and definitely will last a while."

"When I first pulled these out of the box I was pretty disappointed. Not at all what I had expected. Went off of the previous reviews and was hoping for that immediate distressed ,comfy, broken-in look and feel. These were very stiff, minor distressing and the boot shaft seemed cheap. I could see how some others would say they just don't scream out 400$$'s. I tried them on several times and the more I walked around and scrunched the shaft and bent my foot the more distressed they became. I have decided to keep them. If in only one day of fittings I could do that much molding I bet I can get them to feel and look exactly how I want! They are black but with distressing over time they will fade to a washed out black/ gray color. They are comfortable, and fit true to size. The red zipper is subtle but a great quality. They are so far the best styled motorcycle/ western black knee boot I've been able to get my hands on so far. If you are willing to wait for a sale and chance it, I would suggest it as well. The price is pretty steep for what you are getting!"

"I'd say they are worth the money but I'd be lieing so wait for the sale. There is just something about them that screams, " I'm not worth the 460 dollars you will end up paying for me!" Nevertheless, I bought them and I am happy with them. Looks just like the photos as I expected. They are a little loose in the shaft area but then again, I have tiny legs, ugh! Overall, nice pair of boots but again not worth 400 dollar price tag."

"I am pretty sure I have order/returned almost every equestrian-style boot out there this season and these are by far my fav! I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the leather- thick and a tad bit worn looking. I ordered the brown and it is a bit darker than it appears in the pic, but actually much nicer looking. Slightly narrow in the foot, but not too big in the calf like a lot of the boots seem to be these days. And of course the red zip detail in the back adds some fun interest!"
