this piece is quite beautiful. the length is perfect. it's also very light and has almost no weight to it at all. the brass plate is actually quite thin. you could actually bend and change its shape easily, which might be good or bad. it's good that you can make it more cresenty and 3D or make it lay flat, bad in that it's too flexible and might look distorted by accident when you didn't mean to change the shape. another side note is that the dangling chains would lay more pushed together between your boobs if you wear this close to your body. a very versatile piece of jewelry.
