Like other reviewers have said, these shorts are very stiff, but they are called 'board shorts,' so I put it into perspective when I was disappointed. They also are a bit tight, especially around the thighs. It is only really noticeable when sitting down. I wear an xs, and am 5', 93 pounds. I don't find it too bothersome, and I think they will be good for working out or going to the beach, so I intend on keeping them. I'm not sure how good they would be for wearing around the house or as a regular outfit. Regardless, they seem well-made, and I like the color. This is a piece I have never owned before, so I am willing to give it a chance. However, I would recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes. I am unsure of how the waist on a small would fit me, so that is why I am sticking with the xs. 1.6.2013

Rated 2 out of 5Â by KissOnContact Smaller than expected and Stiff! I'm normally an XS-Small. I did order an XS and these were VERY snug. They have no stretch or give like they appear to. The fabric is very stiff and unforgiving. This lends to making them uncomfortable in my opinion. I expected much better shorts than this for the price. Back they go! 10.8.2012

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Podling Stiff These run a little small I bought my usual fp size small and they were super tight. I usually wear a size 6 in shorts. The picture makes them look like they are a soft stretchy material but in actuality they are really stiff and a tinny bit of stretch around the waist. The color looks just like the picture I bought them in grey combo. I just didn't like the feel of these so I returned them. 9.14.2012
