"I'm 5'2" and had no chance of this working. (Sadly) It's quite clear that for the middle section to hit properly you'd need to be 5'6" and up... No clue what the upper limit is on that, but as the dress is fitted, no taller than the model. The waist is quite narrow. I'm a 6, and the 8 was snug in the ribs to give you an indication of what's going on with this dress. The dress was too large elsewhere though so sizing up wasn't a workable option. The shoulders were a bit too wide for me and the bust a bit too small (34B)... I think this is a good fit for a "string bean" shaped girl. The print is great, if not a bit more dark in person. I'd say if you are tall and lanky that you'd likely want your usual size. If you're tall and less lanky, size up. If you're short, this is going to fit funny."

"When I tried this dress on I fell in love! It fits my waist perfectly and looks gorgeous. The material is very light and airy and flows great whenever I walk. However, I wear a 4 in most dresses and it is slightly large on my chest and shoulders. Everywhere else is great though, so if you get it I would size down possibly or just wear body tape to get the sleeves to stay up.
I'm 5'4, 115 pounds and it is long but I plan on hemming it."

"Its a good dress for the price but
1) Colour is different in person - bit duller, lighter and with a bit of teal and grey in blue.
2) Definitely for smaller chests, not just cup sizes, chests too.
3) Keeps slipping off the shoulder all the time
And yes, its long, but I'm 5.7' and its just ok with heels."

"I'm 5' 6' and hourglass shaped w/ a DD bust so I love a maxi that actually has a waist and isn't just a drapey bag. The cut of the dress is great but as another buyer warned there is no stretch to the fabric. I ordered a 6 and this dress does run very fitted in the waist and bust #I had to pull it down to zip it then slip it up over my bust#. However, once I got it on it was very dramatic and flattering. I didn't feel like the fabric at the bottom was as excessive as some people said, and I think a 3" wedge would look great and solve the problem for me."

"For the price, this dress it definitely worth it. I had been watching it for a while now and finally bought it when the price dropped again. It does fit a bit small in the waist/chest area. I'm usually an 8, but luckily I had tried this one on in stores a while ago and knew I would need to size up. If you have a smaller chest it may not be an issue, but I had to size up due to it. And as other reviewers said, it is a bit long. I'm 5'5 and its definitely too long for me, but I'll just hem it myself so I'm not worrried about it. Overall, I think its a great dress for $50."

"I really liked this dress in the pictures, I think FP did a great job styling the dress with hat, boots and purse, so I finally bought it to wear like the model, plus I'm tall (5'9) so the length really appealed to me. I normaly find FP to run a little on the larger side on me, so i figured a size 6 would work just fine, however this dress has zero give in the bust area where the zipper is, and ended up being too tight on the side of the dress. The sleeves are also rather large and kept falling off my shoulders, so I unfortunatly will be returning this piece due to akward fitting"

"Ended up buying this now as it got to the lowest price here. Had to see it for myself as I liked the picture but no feedback was ever posted. Will be sending it back.
Colors are much more dull- especially the base color of the dress itself. More a smokey-grey color of navy.
There is no give in the material anywhere. None.
Fits between small and true to size. You will be slipping it over your head- there was no way my (busty) chest would come close to getting through the ruched waist.
It is definitely a warmer weather dress. The material is decently soft as far as polyester goes."
