"I had the same problem as another reviewer in that the suede was matted on the toe and heel when they arrived. It seems that it was a result of the packing/shipping, but I was able to fix it with a suede brush and a little patience. They are so comfy and super cute so for the sale price I think they were a great buy."

"I received these shoes and they looked 3 years old. The "suede" on the toes was shiny and on the heels it looked as if it had been sprayed on and the back of the shoes had been missed,
I did try them on and considering the highest heel I wear is a pair of Skechers, they were very comfortable.
I sent them back because for this price the shoes better look impeccable. Unfortunately I also ordered them in black. Guess I'll find out if the condition of the blue pair was just a fluke or if these shoes are truly junk."

"I recently ordered these shoes, and to my surprise they came with a red and gray strip at the bottom instead of the gray and black. I thought they had the perfect amount of spunk with the red laces, but the red stripe almost puts them over the top. I still like them, just wished they would have came with the gray and black strip as pictured."
