"This belt is really nice! The leather feels very good quality (and both "belts" are leather, btw; I couldn't tell so much from the description, since the accent belt is a weird color). I got the turquoise one, and it looks exactly like the picture. I think it runs a tich small--I wear it at my natural waist, which is about 27" with layers on, and the S/M is a comfortably snug at the second snap. Since there are two rows of snaps, however, you can make your own decision as to whether to size up or not. I have no idea if you can adjust the accent belt or not, but I don't see why you couldn't... it feels functional. I had a bit of difficulty with one of the snaps when I first got it, but I fiddled with it a bit and that seems to have fixed it... somehow. All in all, a great waist belt."
