Out of the bag, this skirt looked tiny (I am 5 ft-99 lb) but once on, it was just perfect, not too tight, nor loose. The ruffles at the bottom balance the natural roundness of the hips/derriere area. Very flattering. A wardrobe basic with a perfect fit. Stays nice and tight for hours.
