I absolutely love this sweater! I can use it for every season. During winter and fall, you can wear it with layers, and during spring and summer, you can wear it with a dress, slip, or shorts. It's super soft and really comfy, but roomy! So if you only fit in xs, it might be a bit too big... I'm a size xs/s and the xs fits exactly how it's meant to.

I like oversized clothes. Especially sweaters. I tend to wear mine off the shoulder. Went into the store yesterday and saw this hanging on the rack. The material was so soft. It was super comfortable when I tried it on too. I bought it in the color 'natural' paired with a purple lace tank underneath and a purple scarf sold in store. I'm ordering another in mint because I loved it so much. Looks cute with shorts too. I plan to wear mine with skinny's and boots come Fall. For size reference I'm an XS. height: 5'0. weight: 94 lbs. Bust: 34C.

Tried it on today in store, but at 5'1" it was sooo big! XS has the nice, oversize fit - but the gaping V-neck is too unflattering. It's a shame because it's very soft and nice quality.

Ahhh! Not since the centered pullover (I got mine in the ice cream colour) a couple of years ago have I laid my hands on a sweater so divine. It is ridiculously soft, cozy to the max, and yes, very nubby. I ordered mine a size up because I like my pullovers to swallow me, but I think I would have been just fine with a size Small. It does run a bit large. I've noticed on Facebook that the Free People pages have been really loving the mint colour, but after the mint explosion this spring, I was sick of it and purchased the sweater in the driftwood colour. I don't generally wear brown, but it is the most lovely, slightly blue-tinged shade of brown. It's still very warm here, but I can curl up in it for comic book marathons with some hot tea until summer leaves us. Great piece.

I got this in the mail the other day super excited. I pulled it out of the package and it was like lint EXPLODED. Fuzzies everywhere! I usually wear a s/m in fp, and i opted for the medium for that oversized look. Well, it sure was oversized....about two sizes. It was so big it wouldn't even stay on me. I'm debating on exchanging or just returning, because for this price I'm not sure it will hold up all winter. Unless you want a blanket, size xs or s. I can't imagine how big the large is!

One of the softest sweaters I have ever purchased from FP. It feels and looks like a nubby chenille. Oversized and slightly boxy, it is perfect for just throwing on over whatever you are wearing if you get chilly. I purchased it in natural and it looks pretty close to the warmer ivory in the first photo of the model with the gray background rather than the studio shots which make the natural appear cooler and almost white.

Amazing sweater! Very soft and fits perfectly. I wear a L and bought a L. I'm 5'9", 135, size 6. Purchased the "Natural" color and it's a light beige (not white). Length is as expected, long enough to wear with skinnys, but not tunic length. I love my sleeves on sweaters and knits to be longer (I have long arms) and this sweater fits the bill. It can be worn "off-shoulder" if desired, but it also fits well worn regularly. It's not heavy nor is it light weight. Like Goldie Locks says "Its just right". I need another color now. :)

I was so excited to get this sweater based on other reviews - and it is a beautiful texture, very soft, and the cream color perfect. However, I'm 5'1", 105 lbs., and slender, and for some reason, the sweater fit too boxy and was not flattering. It wasn't flowy enough to be loose and elongating and I guess I"m not tall enough for it to look cute boxy/cropped. Sadly, it's going back.
