Rated 3 out of 5 by WANT to love.... I so want these super awesome, cool looking sandals to work....but for the hefty $$$$, they may need to go back. I am struggling with the choice to keep or not. I just think at this price point they should be perfect in everyway!. and they are, except for the fact that they are big on the calf. I do not have small calves by any stretch of the imagination, have the straps as tight as they will go, and they already slip down, with like 3 steps! The leather is nice and soft..the comfort is great, color good, coolness factor...off the charts...but I'm struggling with the price.. 6.23.2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful quality, extremely comfortable The quality of these is high. The leather is soft, sturdy and comfortable, and the footbed is springy and also very comfortable for walking. The tan colour is as it appears on my screen, and the gold foot straps are a subtle contrast. They run large compared to other FP shoes I have tried. I ordered 40 and 41 and the 40s were a little too big, though not so big as to be unwearable. There is plenty of adjustability in the straps. I now await the arrival of some 39s to compare. To help other customers compare, the following shoes fit me: Bed Stu Manchester (tan): 9 Bed Stu Whiskey Sunset: 40 JC ExEx: 9.5 JC Perspective, Minimal, Joe boots: 10 Freebird by Steven Silverado: 10 JC Joe boots: 11 And the JC James boot was too small in a 10. Hope that helps! 6.23.2014
