Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful blue I debated and debated about getting this sweater. I tried it on each time I went to Free People (which has been quite a lot this month) and this time I finally got it! I have always been kind of paranoid about wearing oversized sweaters because I have a large chest and I feel like if I don't wear things that are fitted, it makes me look big. I am either a s or an xs in most Free People stuff and since it is an oversized sweater, I went with the xs. I still worry from time to time that this sweater makes me look big, but I've asked other people and they said I'm crazy. Hahahaha. I don't know. I posted pictures. Go by what you can see I suppose.... Seriously though, the blue color of this sweater is so vivid it's to die for. Despite all the loose stitches in this sweater, it's surprisingly warm. Perfect for a cool summer evening. Ultimately, I just wanted something I could wear around the house when I'm not doing much or throw on when I am running errands and this appears as though it's going to fit the bill. 2.21.2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great sweater but color didn't suit me. :-( I ordered this sweater in the warm blush colorplay. Maybe it is my monitor, but It looked like a warm rusty peach to me. The "screening" photos taken by the woman who forwards my orders from the US still looked as expected, so I kept the sweater past the return date. When I received the sweater in person, I was immediately disappointed that the color was cooler, more muted and earthier. I would call it "burnt desert rose" or something like that. I cannot wear this color due to my warm clear coloring. :- ( The sweater itself is gorgeous. The V neck and open weave make it a great sweater for summer evenings by the ocean or for cool weather layering. I think this sweater is even softer and cozier than my Centered Pullover! I typically wear a M in FP tops (to fit my bust), but a S was still quite roomy. I would say the S fits me like the model in camel, but I would have needed a M for it to be as wide as it is on the model in warm blush. I will look out for future colors in this style that may suit me better. I am donating this one to a friend who will love it as it deserves to be loved. :-) 12.27.2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Favorite Sweater ATM I have this in a few colors and wear them all non-stop with colored jean cut offs, tights and Brit Boots. They are super comfortable, and look spectacular. The sweater is loose fitting, but in the most flattering way possible. My usual size (small) fit like the model, but I went all the way up to a large because I wanted ultra-slouch. Got the neck large enough to wear this as an off the shoulder, and sizing up got the back long enough to wear with leggings if I feel like it. The green is hands down the best color. I'm olive toned, but the green is cool enough that I don't look green. I think I might be so in love with the green because it's a color I don't get to wear that often. LOVE LOVE LOVE this sweater!!! HIGHLY recommended! 10.20.2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by bleached salmon Never have I given a poor rating on FP, but I washed this ONCE in cold-cold, hand-wash cycle in a very nice washer made to wash things hand-wash only (this sweater is not labeled as such nor have I ever had any problems with clothes fading in my washer) and I line-dried it, but it faded so much it now looks like dog puke. You couldn't pay me to wear this now. Total waste of money. :( It was such a pretty color that it made me look pink and healthy, not an easy feat, but now it's absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money! Boo!!! >.< 1.22.2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by deeee-lish I really REALLY love this sweater. it's comfy, it's a great color (the green), and it is surprisingly warm considering you can basically see through it. yes, it is on the roomy side, but that's the style they're going for here. I am not a huge fan of humungous clothes, but this sweater is really very flattering. I roll up the sleeves, climb into some skinny jeans and boots, and it works perfectly -- the tightness of the jeans balance the largeness of the top. only downside: because it's loosely knit, it occasionally gets caught on things, but that's something i just deal with. SUMMARY: cute, comfy, and worth the price. 10.25.2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best sweater ever!!! I got this a couple of days ago in pumice XS. 5'1", 34DD, usually buy a Small in Free People and I have PLENTY of room. The material is super soft and its not too bulky, since its early fall i've been wearing it with cutoffs and a bright bralette underneath. If you can find it, buy it! 9.11.2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for Layering! I love this sweater. It is perfect for layering and will easily transition from a summer coverup to a layered fall sweater. The only regret I had about this sweater is that it does run a little large. You have to keep in mind that it is supposed to but it is very large and I suggest sizing down. 8.21.2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great! I was a little nervous to recieve this sweater because I had ordered another sweater from here earlier this month that was way to big and did not flatter my body at all. It was my very first time ordering off of free people so I didn't know that to expect. When I first saw this sweater I fell in love with it and decided to get a size down from what I usually am. This sweater does run a little big, I am 5'6 and 155 pounds so I am usually anywhere from a size medium to a large. Definitely order a size down because even the medium is loose for me. Over all I absolutely love this sweater! 8.11.2012
