Studded Fringe Blazer
I love it but too small.
I wanted this jacket so bad for so long... finally ordered it in the medium and the arms are too tight and across the back too small. Normally I'm a small or medium in Free People. I would totally exchange for a large, but none left so I'm going to be disappointed for a while!
Disappointed! Well I saved a long time to purchase this jacket and had I paid 300 bucks or less I wouldn't have been so disappointed but for 1200 bucks this jacket is not worth the money! The overall fit is on the very small side. The sleeves are so tight you can't bend your arms. After reading the first and only review I decided that I would order up. I'm usually a small 4-6 so I ordered the medium but it fits more like an xtra small! The blazer itself is just overall CHEAPLY made. The fringe which is suppose to be leather is so thin it feels like a cheap vinyl table cloth! I absolutely love Freepeople and I don't mind paying more for items that are unique and eye catching but I feel ripped off! The overall quality does not warrant the price tag-so if your on the fence-wait for it to go on sale-really on sale! Sorry Freepeople I've purchased many items from you and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed!
Really wanted this to work, but...
This jacket has panache. The fringe on the back mixed with the Indian print fabric is v. cool. The studs on the jacket that I received are all uniform, so it doesn't have the textural interest that the one in the image has. But, most importantly, the sleeves are tight and short. In the picture on the site you can kind of tell that they were working around that because in all the shots, the sleeves are scrunched up. Sorry, bringing this back...
