"Based on most reviews this tunic seems to be quite popular. I purchased the guava at full price and was expecting something very different than what arrived. The color is gorgeous, just as pictured. From the photo, I was expecting a light sheer flowy Grecian look layering tunic. Perhaps my expectations were just off base. The fabric is heavier than it appears and is only very slightly sheer below the bust. This may be a huge plus for someone else, but it took away from the look I was after. I was also not thrilled that the tunic is more tattered looking IRL. Every seam is raw and fraying (neckline, underbust double layer, hem, armholes). Even if I had loved this piece, the one I received had charcoal stains on it which appeared to be from manufacturing. I mention this as this is the second item I have received from FP this year with the same defect. I am 5'5" and 38(C)-26-36. I purchased a 10 to fit my bust which worked well. I could have gone as low as an 8, but no further as the bust would have been too tight. I was really looking forward to layering this over lacy slips but I just did not love the fabric enough. Bummer as it is hard for me to find great colors like this often!"

"I wore this Tunic (in guava) out today and caught just about everyone who passed by admiring it. This piece is truly pretty with gorgeous detailing on the lower hem. I will definitely agree with the other reviewers that you should order based on bust size, as that is the tightest area. For reference, I am a 30DD (equivalent to a 32D or 34C cupwise) and ordered a size 2. The rest of the tunic drapes down nicely, and is very flattering. There is also side zipper which makes it really easy to put on and helps it become more form fitting. The "Hi" part does come up high enough to reveal your underwear so bottoms or a slip is necessary. The Low part falls lower on me than it does on the model. I am 5'7" but essentially all leg (likely equivalent to someone who is 5'9") and the back hits mid-calf, rather than at the knees. The fabric below the empire waist band is slightly (and I do mean slightly.. not a big deal) sheer, so with my tan I can't wear it with white jeans as pictured (at least without a white cami as well), because you can see where the top of the jeans hit. I opted for blue jeggings instead and that look worked just as well. I gave this a 4 star because while it is very pretty and functional, the fabric is delicate and the piece is a little tight in the chest. If I could give it a 4.5 though, I would!"

"i like the top/dress. it looks just like the pictures. i'm 5'5 and a half and the longest part went past my knees and the highest part showed some of my underwear. i got the size 4. im also a 34B . you should definitely let your boob size guide you for this dress because like the others have said, this is pretty fitted with the bust area. i'm happy with it tho, it's sooo pretty!"
