"This dress was ok, if not a little bit trashy looking on me.. I kinda felt like a lady of the night for 92' in it because it was so short and so tight. This is a good dress for smaller, shorter, thinner girls."

"I'm 5'3" and 130lbs, this dress fit nicely. It rides up a little but not a great nuisance. Overral it's really nice, I love the feel of it, soo soft! 4 stars because I wish it had more spandex, more body con like."

"Awesome soft dress with low back detail. Flattering on the body even though it's tight. My only issue is how short it is.. because when I lift my arms it gets significantly shorter... Otherwise it is great. Fits true to size (117lbs, 5'5", small) and nice for going out in the winter. I think the issue for me was the fit at the arm/armpit, which since wasn't stretchy, pulled the dress up when I lifted my arms. Still awesome and different"

"This isn't a slip in that if you try to layer with it, you'll get bunching galore! (Exception: If you wear it OVER something sheer and long then you can layer with it, but I'm not sure if the top layer can be called a slip.) Either way, the fit is true to size, unless you are really busty or hippy. For me, the shoulders were a bit wide, but I have narrow shoulders, so for most that shouldn't be a problem. The material isn't cheap looking - which velvet can be - but the dress is eerily reminiscent of something Kelly Bundy would wear. (Which isn't a bad thing.) Looks great with tights, boot, and a hipster belt."

"this dress is so hot!! its a little shorter and tighter than i was expecting, but it makes you look awesome - the material is thick enough that it just squishes you in instead of accentuating your flaws. i love this for going out, or with tights and a jacket for class."
