"Not a good purchase I was told the straps were leather and the totally aren't it's a great look but should have been made much better"

Hi, We're sorry to hear you're not pleased with the bag. We have checked with our buyer, and vendor and they confirmed that the straps are 100% leather. If you'd still like to return it, please follow the instructions on the back of your packing list. Hope this helps!

"I was so excited to get this bag in the mail, and when I first opened the package I was happy with the product. It's a good sized duffle, and I used it as a weekend bag. However, when I closed the bag, even when it wasn't that full, the zippers came off. I was extremely upset considering the bag was expensive. If I could do it again, I would invest in something else."
