"I couldnt wait to try these on and when I finally found them in-store, I was disappointed. :(
First, they seem to run an entire size small and the threads that hold the three foot straps together (as other reviewers mentioned) totally came apart and some were completely missing.
I was upset that for the price these shoes would have this kind of issue...but I ordered a new pair and what do you know - same problem! The threads come undone and then it makes the straps loose around your foot and for sure your ankle will bend and most likely snap in half! It seems like an easy fix but for $149 I do not want to repairing them. bummer."

"I have these in the tan color in a size 7 (I'm usually a 6.5 or 7, so I went with the 7 because of reviews of it running small). The shoes fit me perfectly -- and the ankle strap was fine, and I don't have super skinny ankles! They are so pretty, too -- the stitching detail is unique and very Free People, and it makes an otherwise basic wedge into something more interesting. They are very high, too, but that's what I love about them. If you're unsure, GET THEM. You'll be able to wear them with socks and jeans, skirts, dresses, tights, etc. They're super versatile and comfortable, I guarantee you won't want to take them off come spring!"

"These shoes are amazing. sooo comfortable. easy to walk in. and look even better in person, my boyfriend even thought so! you could have the straps like they show them in the picture or you could even have the cross in front for a different look. no complaints except definitely size up. i'm always always a 7 and i got an 8 after reading the other reviews and they fit perfect!"

"These are gorgeous in person, just like the photos. Jeffrey Campbell is hit or miss - some of his shoes are so well made and others are so cheap looking... anyway, these are really well made. They run SMALL. I am always an 8, but take a 9 in these. They are TALL. Don't even try to wear these on grass or uneven ground! But they are easy enough to walk in on the street. They look great with socks and a pair of rolled up jeans. I wore them like that with the front and center pullover by fp, and also with dresses. They go with pretty much anything, and dress up all of my boring outfits."
