"These shoes are great! The color is more of a chestnut and they do run a bit big. I normally wear a 7 and after reading the reviews decided to order a half size down. They fit perfect and yes they are high but extremely comfortable. I fell so in love that I order the black/gold after trying them on. Awesome buy and price too!"

"I was really excited to receive these shoes however unfortunately they are just too big. They are very roomy across the foot (if you have a narrow foot they would definitely not go anywhere near fitting). They look amazing though, just as pictured. Ill be sad to return them."

"Before I ordered these shoes, I read each review carefully and also judged by the Reviewer's body types. There were complaints of the shoe being too roomy/loose on customers with slender/long/lean body types, those people usually tend to have very narrow feet and thin ankles. My body type is curvy/hourglass and my feet are medium width and I have nice medium/thick legs and ankles perfect for shoes with straps. I also took into consideration that the shoe is sued, sued gives a little and the elastic at the arch will provide extra moveability, so I opted to try 1/2 size down (norm size 8... ordered size 71/2)... and they fit me like they're tailor made just for me. PERFECTION! The platform/sole is intensely high but its very comfortable, the open toe is comfortable, it doesnt cut into the big toe like some can, I can't walk in a shoe higher than a 31/2" heel and these were so comfy due to the leveling of the platform. The soft cushiony in-sole doesn't slip the foot and doesn't cause pain in the in-step or ball of the foot. They're very satisfying to the eye, no different than the picture and they do stand out in any crowd. I wore them all nite without pain BUT you must make sure the shoe fits well. I wouldn't recommend for those with very narrow small feet, that's when you'd have that "baggy" ill-fitted feeling. You must have a perfect foot size/width and ankle size to support these shoes, then you'll benefit from all of its comforts and compliments. These shoes are super duper FLY and SEXY and COMFORTABLE... I couldn't be happier!"

"I was shocked how high they were. Have 5" and knew these were higher, Measured heel only and 6". Length TTS, but they are very WIDE, have elastic sides, can't see in pics to make even wider. My feet average width. If sized down would be too short. Length perfect, 1/2 still too wide, full probably too wide and would be too short even 1/2 down. Length was perfect. Although comfortable, platfrom also too narrow. Foot turned easily. Would get hurt wearing for sure. Ankle straps very thin, don't provide real support mainly for appearance. Would have to walk very slow so not to turn over in shoes. If platform wider, ankle strap sturdier, shoe not so wide would have loved. Wanted t love, loved looks, not fit. If U have wide feet, try these, U'll be surpized at width, elastic on sides adds even more width. Bought both pairs loved looks of both. So dissaapointed didn't fit and no way to get size that would. Have many JC shoes, never problem with "too wide" until before. Foots flaps around tightest ankle strap. Doesn't even look good on, nothing like on model. Extra width quite noticable. Plus with 6" heel and narrow platform (norrower than shoe) dangerous. Too bad, wanted both for long time. Shoes 1 thing often hard to buy over net, even from compaines that have always fit in past. Sometimes reaaly cute things go on sale for reason. Sure I'm, not only person couldn't wear but few reviews for shoes been on-line so long. Tried thick OTK sox still looked too wide. Narrow platform really biggest issue. Have 5 & 6" heels, but must hold feet well in shoes or trouble."

Gorgeous, but a little loose!

"I bought these in the tan suede version and they are super hot in person. They are in fact HUGE, so be prepared to be wearing some mad platforms. Definitely worth the price, and the quality feels great. My one gripe is they seem to run a bit loose. I'm normally a 7.5, and they feel a bit roomy to me, but I don't want to go through the time of returning and re-ordering as it's not enough to be a problem. Also, as with all Jeffrey Campbell shoes it seems, there is no traction, but the soles are rubber so that might be okay. I would still recommend traction pads for safety's sake."
