Rated 5 out of 5Â by JillaBella my favorite skirt This has quickly become my most favorite skirt in my wardrobe. i'm 5'7 and 130lbs, but have a curvy midsection. This skirt is very flattering to my waist, and hides my muffin top! You don't even have to wear a thong with this skirt, because the fabric is thick enough to hide panty-lines. Contrary to what a previous reviewer said about the fabric being cheap, i think that this fabric is very high quality- yes it's stiff, but it still has movement too. I'd say it's comparable to the movement of leather, but yes, it still has the texture of suede. Being that i'm somewhat tall, i found that the length is not too short, which is great for me. I can't recommend this skirt enough! buy it! 3.28.2012

That said, I decided to order the black one and it is absolutely perfect. For reference I'm 5'2.5", 105 lbs, true 0 and I got the xs. I'm very small waisted and it's a touch big (only at the waist)but I can add a belt and it will be just fine. Love! I really really hope they re-issue this in the natural color (hint hint.) 10.5.2011

This skirt is simply awful; thin as paper, stiff, and shapeless, and the suede itself is just hard and not inviting to the touch. Pretty much, It's as though someone cut a circle with a hole in the middle and attached a waistband. Shame on free people for charging this much for this thing. I love most of the clothes, but this is certainly a rip off, and it went right back. 9.17.2011

Other than being feminine as skirts are supposed to be, this little A line mini skirt is going the other way and carrying a special attitude. I am 5'4 115-120lbs - got my usual size XS and it fits my petite frame perfectly. Highly recommended - worth every penny. 9.10.2011

I was worried that it wouldn't fit with the other reviewers saying to size up; however, I think it fits true to size. I am normally a size 8/10 and the L fit amazingly. I find it very flattering (i.e. slimming) unlike the previous reviewer of the same size. I'm very seriously considering getting the black! I love it so much! Highly recommend! 6.29.2011

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Citrine Cute but maybe not for curvier girls This skirt is so cute! I've been wanting it for a while and finally got it for my birthday. Unfortunately I'm completely torn on whether to keep it or not. I got the large and I am usually a 10/30 in bottoms. The skirt fits and is not tight, but I feel like my curves distort the shape a little. My friends say they don't notice it but I'm not quite sold. Still the skirt is adorable and the material is beautiful. It made both my mom and grandma reminisce about similar skirts they owned when they were young. I think I will try it on with different pieces to see if I can make it work. 5.24.2011

I am a usually an XS (size 0/25, sometimes a 2/26) and could barely get this XS zipped up. Since I like to breathe, I ordered the S. It sits a little lower than on the model but I like that look better anyway. Looking forward to wearing with a hip belt (see below) and black tube top among other things. Thank you FP for this high quality, flattering, earthy-yet-elegant piece that will never go out of style. 3.20.2011
