I can see where a younger person might not like this-ie not form fitting or short. However for me it is really perfect. I got the beige color and the sequins are just enough to still be able to wear to work. I wear an 8-10 and usually size up fpr length at FP so I got a lg.

I love the way this dress looks on the models, and I was so excited to receive it and wear it for the holidays, but it's just way too long on me. I love FP's loose-fitting styles and I love the loose, drop-waist look of this dress, but on my 5' 5", slender body, it just hung down like a shapeless sack, and not in a cute way at all. My fiance agreed that if it had been about three inches shorter it might have worked. I tried it on with all different pairings of shoes, boots, tights and no tights, and even skinny jeans but I just couldn't make it work. :( However, if you're taller, go for it! It's beautiful with the layered ruffle bottom and the sparkles!

I first bought the toast color, and I loved the style and the fit, so I also bought the ivory color.
Goes great with a pair of boots. It is tts.
