"I got the pewter in size xs (my usual size) and it is definitely larger than it looks on the model so size down if you can. I still really like it though, I just wear it with a belt. The dress is super comfy and stretchy, and the colour is beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"This is a very cute dress but I found it unflattering and I am returning it. It's totally see-through and I could not find a slip that did not look stupid on top due to the horizontal seam there. I think it looks so good on the model bc she appears to be naked to the waist. The overall effect was disappointingly frumpy on me even with sky-high heels. I am curvy -- maybe on a totally straight skinny person without much chest, this would be just the ticket. It's very comfy and cute. I thought with a sheer long sleeved top underneath might work. The fabric is really nice and soft but looks like it will pill in very short order. For the sale price it is a cute choice if it flatters you."

"Very interesting, stylish piece for everyday. It's really comfy so I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of it. The slight sparkle is really nice and makes it appropriate for wearing throughout winter, despite it being pretty lightweight. I also found it to be a bit sheer so I will definitely wear with a slip. And as the other reviews said, the knot is a must. I sized down, but it really is quite shapeless without the knot. but I like knotting my clothes so no problem there :)"

Just What I Wanted!

"I just recieved my dress today. I love it! I ordered the pewter and it looks a little purple but in a really good way. I am not a purple person. It also has a small shimmer to it, just enough to make it great for the holidays or going out, but not so much that it can't be worn for every day use. The length is perfect! Not too short, yay. It is just as pictured in the pewter photo shot. I will be wearing mine with the easy breezy slip,( which is also on sale) tights and boots. It will be great with heels and flats as well. There is enough room to layer either under the dress or a cardi over it. It flows away from the body just enough so that it doesn't cling. I am 5'6" a size 4 in most dresses. I ordered the small and the fit is great. I recommend this dress and at the sale price you can't go wrong! Happy shopping. :)"

"This dress is exactly as pictured. If you're between sizes, I'd recommend purchasing the smaller size. The fabric is thin and stretchy and ideal for knotting- which is great because you can adjust the length. Snags a little."

"I really like this it is dressy and casual. I got it in gold color in a size small I usually wear a size small top and pant size 8 and it fit like the model so you will want to size down. I am keeping it to wear with leggings or skinny jeans. When I untied the knot the fabric was stretched out, it might look better after I wash it but I plan on wearing it knotted so I don't mind."

"I was looking for a casual dress to wear with tights or leggings. I'm 5'9" and 135 pounds--typically a size 6. I ordered a medium and found it quite large. The fabric is really unusual, lovely and soft to the touch, but there is just too much of it. On the model, it clings a bit to her body, showing her figure, but on me it didn't really touch me anywhere, and I found that unflattering. The color is also lovely--somewhere between a cocoa and aubergine. Note the knot in the bottom. It came with that knot in it, and when I untied it (to see if I could get a less bulky drape), the fabric didn't hang quite right at the hem. So, if you like the knot, fine--just don't count on wearing it without it."
