"this isn't adjustable, so it could bit loose or slightly difficult to get on depending on whether you have big or small hands. the actual circumference i measured is 7.5" (not 6" as stated in the description), with a diameter of 2.25". an issue i have is that if you run your finger along the coil or the gaps between the bands, it leaves black marks, so you might want to give the cuff a good rub to clean it up before wearing in case it gets on your clothes."
