I can't help but think of Shakespeare when I see this dress on. I bought it for a shoot and it really did perform quite well. I however do not get a bohemian feeling from this dress at all.
I added a a soft pink slip under it which really helped fill in the color, while leaving plenty of fabric for light to flow through. The fit is nice and not as funky on top as people are saying. I will keep it in my wardrobe for future shoots. Model, Sarah fell in love with it and chose it twice to wear for her shoot. Who knows it may end up being a favorite with the girls.

I ordered this to wear at a photo session I won with a local photographer. At first I thought it was a bit awkward in the bust and was un-sure if I was going to wear it at all but it worked - and I love to wear it with a baggy sweater over it as well.
I paired it with the seamless mini

the styling is great and i love the tulle skirt, but the top is not very well made. the material is very thin. i don't imagine it will be long before it rips or the stitching comes apart. it's too bad, because the skirt is beautiful.

I am so happy I got this!!!!!! (pink colour). My wardrobe is 99 % Free People, so I have a lot of FP clothes, but this is the best FP purchase so far. This dress is so beautiful that I don't know what to say. It is really, really flattering.
I am 156 cm (I think that is about 5'2 in US measurements) and 59 kg, I have big hips & a bit of tummy, and this dress totally hides the fat; it makes me look taller and skinnier.
The fabric is beautiful, it is really well made, just stunning. Perfect for a party (with a slip underneath), or for day wear with a printed tank top over.
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So pleased with this. Pretty in muted blues without being too girly: if anyone saw the Gregory Doran production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the RSC a few years back ... this would fit right in, and I can also picture it with biker boots. I put a black slip under for even subtler colours, or ivory would keep it paler. I also put the Embroidered Confections top over, knotted at the front corners for a bit of definition, and it is pretty in a comfortable relaxed & understated way. I will put warmer tops and opaque tights and boots with it in winter. I am UK 14-16, tried the M & L and kept the L. I think it is more flattering at the rear than it appears on the model (I am curvier than the model!). I didn't have a problem with any puffiness as some reviewers did. Really nice.

I originally thought this looked a little large so i ordered a size down, but the seams were a bit too tight around my waist and upper thighs, so I exchanged for a medium. My medium came and fit perfectly but the FRONT of the slip was extremely more long than the back! I would have tripped all over it every time I took a step. The back was the perfect length so I did some cutting and added a running stitch for the hem. It was a pain to do but I didn't want to make another exchange and have it sell out. And now I like my slip very much :)

i was able to try this in my regular size and one size smaller. i usually like my clothes to fit loose, but in this case, i opted for the smaller size which i find fits better on top with less bunching. other than that, the two sizes fit very similar. i'm 5'3" so it's a little long, about 2-3 inches on the ground. the difference in colors is a lot more noticeable, especially on top, but i actually like the contrast. it's definitely a very pretty, ethereal piece, which i probably can't wear very often, but i want it anyways coz it's pretty.

This slip is very ethereal and romantic. Very stretchy and runs big. I got a large and should have gotten a medium, but canât exchange since it is out of stock, so Iâll keep the large anyway. I would love to wear it as a dress, though Iâm not sure where I could wear it. Itâs just so pretty and unusual. I plan to wear it for portraits when the weather is nicer.
