I ordered a small and it hits way down my bottoms!
I would suggest to order a smaller size of the one you usually wear.

I'M 5'8" AND WEIGH 148. BECAUSE THIS TUNIC/VEST IS MADE OF LINEN, WHICH CAN BE VERY ITCHY, I DECIDED TO ORDER A MEDIUM AS I KNEW I WOULD WEAR SOMETHING UNDER IT, AND LINEN TENDS TO STRETCH WITH WEAR THROUGHOUT THE DAY. IT LOOKED GREAT WITH A VERY TAILORED WHITE BLOUSE UNDER IT. IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE MUCH IN THE PHOTOS, BUT THE COLORS ARE MUCH MORE VIVID. I DEFINITELY COULD HAVE WORN THE SMALL BECAUSE BY THE TIME I TOOK IT OFF AT THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS LONGER THAN WHEN I FIRST PUT IT ON. THE BEADING AND SEQUINS MAKE THIS VERY ITCHY AGAINST THE SKIN, SO YOU MAY WANT TO WEAR AT LEAST A TANK OR CAMI UNDER IT. I HAD MANY PEOPLE ASK WHERE I GOT THIS AND IT REALLY IS A UNIQUE PIECE OF CLOTHING TO ADD TO ANY WARDROBE. NEXT TIME, I WOULD ORDER THE SMALL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE PIECE TO HAVE IN THEIR COLLECTION. THANKS FREE PEOPLE!

Beautiful Tunic, soft with lots of detailing. Worth every penny but size down. It runs big. I'm a size 2 and the small is quite big on me. I like it too much to return it. Enjoy this one. Will get you through winter and well into spring and summer.
