Miriam Haskell was born in 1899 and was one of four children, and the daughter of small-town merchants in New Albany, Indiana. Later in her life, she found herself in Paris, having tea with Coco Chanel while selecting the upcoming season’s beads at Madame Gripoix’s, the finest source in Paris. Together she and Coco were independent women, who shared creative ideas and a love of having a career designing jewelry. Miriam Haskell opened her first boutique in 1926, called “Le Bijou de L’Heure” in NYC. She designed beautitul jewelry for the society women of her day, including Lucille Ball and Joan Crawford. Her designs are skilled, timeless, and carry years of history and stories to be carried on into the future.

"Hello, Unfortunately there is not a date on this particular piece. Miriam Haskell's namesake brand is still a company today, but she died in 1981. Hope this helps! "
