"30" bust ? is that bust open as is shown hanging on hanger or pulled closed ?? What is chest size ? The size at the bottom around the chest wall ??"

"Hi, The measurement is taken flat across the garment and doubled. This vest has no closure so you may have some give in either direction, but the flat measurement across the bust is 15" (doubled) to come to 30" measurement.
