Vintage Tribe Yoga Bag

Long leather yoga bag with gorgeous embroidered design all around body. Leather is vegetable tanned. The textile used on this bag is from a baby carrier used by the Hill-tribe people from Southern China 40-80 years ago. Open grommets on each side allow the air to flow inside the bag after yoga class. Adjustable leather shoulder strap. Can also be worn cross body style. Inside is lined with 100% Thai silk. Inside has one zipper pocket with a leather finish. Each bag is one-of-a-kind, and embroidered pattern and design may differ front what is pictured, but will be similar.

The stunning embroideries on these bags are done by these talented Hill-tribe women. They show often motifs like Banyan trees, flowers and butterflies, which are symbols of life, good luck, health and love to their children. Each bag carries a lot of life and history on them.
