5 Star Dress If You Like Red

"This dress is gorgeous! It is a nice, not-too-heavy, not-too-light cotton knit. The vertical ribbing is slimming. While the dress is form fitting, it is pretty forgiving. My favorite thing about this dress are the ruffles on the hem and sleeves-very feminine. I am 5-7" and the dress (in the XS) hit at my knee in the back. However, it is a little too short for me in the front. As other reviewers have said, the color is fire-engine red (which is not a good color for me). I think it would be stunning if you have black or blonde hair! Between the color and the length, I'm on the fence about keeping it."

"Very flattering, warm, comfortable, easy to wear dress. I added a touch of color with the Fp One Princess Smocking Slip in Magenta and a bit of fun with the Ophelia shoes. Just love it, despite not being a model..lol !!"

"I went to fp and noticed the sale had one of these dresses in a small..It was super red not rusty at all! I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I'm 5'8" 120lbs and It fell at the perfect length! I use a slip underneath and also use a thin belt for added detail.I get so many compliments on this dress it's crazy!"

"This dress is nicely cut so the shape really flatters your figure. It will surely give you not looks but stares! The material is soft and surprisingly flowing for a sweater. I bought the gray and wore the Josephine Ruffle Slip Powder Blue beneath and a pair of black distressed boots. Wow! That's what I love about Free People clothing-unique, cutting edge with that vintage, feminine flare to it."

"I ordered size Small (for reference I am 5'8 35-26-36) - it is very stretchy so a size XS would have fit no problem. Initially I was going to exchange it but ended up liking the ease and swing of the fit - it is still body contouring and not sloppy looking."

"I ordered the medium. A nice design and looked ok on me 5'5 1/2 " abd 120lbs, 34bust, but I just could not see wearing it to work, and, outside of work, I really didn't have a place to wear it. It was somewhat sheer so would need to wear with leggings and a cami or something like that."
