Great, figure flattering dress

"Yes this dress is thin and you need to take care with what you wear underneath (I wore nude boy shorts) but on a cool spring-fall day, this is a comfortable, stylish dress. It was a little long on me, so I knotted up one end and can wear with flats, wedges or boots - very versatile, love it!"

Epic Fail

"I wanted this maxi with an unholy passion --- it is so cute in the photos. The print and colors are great, which are why I gave it 2 stars rather than only 1.
Sadly, the material is thin to the point of cheapness. The edges aren't truly finished. Fashion is fashion, and I love deconstructed looks -- but honestly, I can't recall when I've seen a dress this cheap -- and dare I say it? -- tacky. I sew and am very familiar with how fabric behaves giving me a sneaking suspicion that after one wash, the material would torque and twist, and the dress would then NEVER hang right.
Even on sale, it was WAY overpriced. Back it went. :("

"This is actually pretty cute, but the fabric looks like it won't last through one wear. The silver one is extremely sheer and it's basically just a long, tissue tee. I liked the teal color best, but it is still overpriced for what you get. FP has some great and unique items, but the quality is seriously lacking in many items. If the prices were consistent with the quality that would be fine, but I didn't think this one was even worth the sale price."

"This dress is exactly what you see. Not too fancy, not too plain but just enough great graphics to make it interesting. Love it! Just maybe a little overpriced for what it is. It's basically a t-shirt dress. Glad I bought it though."

"I bought this dress in the 'Blue Moon' color. It looks very close to the picture, but I think it looks even better in person. The fit is TTS. The fabric is quite soft and quite sheer. This maxi would require a definite under garnet. There is some stretch to this dress, but it does retain it's fit/shape. I am very pleased with this dress. Even more pleased after the many compliments from my husband! This is a definite recommend..."

"Ive been eyeing this dress for quite a while and when it went on sale I ordered the gray one. Love this dress it is soft and great for any season. I am 55 and love wearing Free People in fact its almost everything I wear. if you are thinking about this dress don't wait ....."

Overall, a great maxi dress

"I love this maxi dress. The print on it is so unique, and the blue color is gorgeous. I love the idea of layering it like in the picture, though I haven't done it yet. It is quite see-through if you try and look through it, but the blue one is 100% fine on its own as long as you wear nude undies and bra. The only complaint is it is a little too sheer, to the point where it is super cold to wear!"
