I generally wear a 7 in most shoes, as I have a higher instep I ordered the 7.5 so the laces wouldn't be too short. The laces are still a little short, tie into a small bow second to the top. They still look great, wore them to a function yesterday and received many compliments. I am also having a heck of a time finding laces of the same exact kind either the same length or longer... I do need to replace them as the laces that came with unfortunately arrived frayed. So I felt I couldn't give more that three stars even though I still like them. I would size up if you are a little worried about fit. 5.6.2013

Rated 5 out of 5Â by runshine come to mama! Not that these shoes need any more kudos or five star reviews, but I just had to jump on the bandwagon of OMG these shoes are AWESOME! I saw them so many times on the site without thinking twice and then one day when I was looking for a brown ankle boot for spring, I saw these in a new way. I am so glad I purchased them. They are so so cute and fun and because I live in a warm climate, they will be a year round shoe (with socks). I am a little concerned that the back and laces are going to rub, but since they are leather and I will be wearing them tons, I think it will all be worth a few blisters. LOVE!!! 5.5.2013

Free People paired up with JC to come up with those lovely Corset Heels (PLEASE BRING THEM BACK) and I didn't jump on them quickly enough. Anyway, enter this lace up heel! I've been waiting for sooooo long for a comparable shoe to the JCs previously sold here. I bought them in tan and they are absolutely beautiful!! I really want to order them in black now before they completely sell out. As for fit, I was worried because I have wide feet and a couple of the reviews said they ran a bit small. I am always, always a 10 and these shoes are true to fit. If you're considering buying these, don't wait! 4.12.2013

Rated 5 out of 5Â by dani86 LOVE LOVE LOVE! Well, I was hoping that I wouldn't like these since they are fairly expensive. But... I LOVE them! They are gorgeous! The only problem is that the laces are not too comfortable, so I think that I will either have to wear socks or tights will them always or look around for a pair of laces that aren't so rough. Another thing is that they are a bit long. I ordered my usual size 6 and, while they fit fine everywhere else, there is an extra 1/2" or so at the toe. Oh well. I still love them!!! 4.9.2013
