My normal size was M and bought size 8. I could not decide between the oil stained jeans $288 on FP and this carpenter pant. I felt guilty to spend such a high price on one pair jeans. I gave up on the jeans and bought this pants. Wow I made right choice. It's so cute and comfy.

Awesome pant, baggy fit on me and you absolutely dont want these tight fitting as on the model, as another reviewer remarked. I got my usual 0, they fit big and even -2 it they existed would have been baggy. This is all right, they are much more flattering this way. I am 5'4'' 100 lbs for comparison. They look awesome worn with the supersoft washed pullover, in sand (which is indeed a sweet vintage pink) and of course any boot by HTC and a vintage scarf. Here's measurements for size 0. Inseam:24 Rise front 8'' Rise back 11'' hemline 7'' across waist 14.5'' across.
Only worry is that the material description says cold wash on the site but dry clean recommended inside the pant...i dont do dry clean so this shall be interesting.

My first pair of carpenter pants were from Reminiscence. They were not as comfortable as these. They are cotton but really soft and a bit stretchy, not stiff like I thought they might be. I just put them on at work even though they are not really suitable cause my boss it out this week. I feel like I never want to take them off. The stains look weathered and natural. Keepers! They fit like a capri and can be worn in any weather. They are mid-weight!

way cuter in person - but that small as on model they look goofy, the spots, etc are a great back drop for something fave -
just washed 'em came out fine (maybe shrunk a tad)
