size 6, rust/burnt red - gorgeous in color!
In person, these are ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. Unfortunately I got a slight defect on mine on the right shoe that look like dark claw marks (will not go away) and a micro scratch in one of the claw marks. But I love the color & fit so much I'll keep it. (Plus there's only 2 left in stock and I don't want to chance loosing my size if I try to exchange.) LOOK Rust is a burnt red color, not at all bright as I was afraid they'd look. The burnt red color is similar to FP American Flag large scarf. Very lovely & classic. FIT I'm usually a size 4 in women's shoes, but the size 6 fit me perfectly. Like all high heels, takes a bit to get used to. But because it's an ankle-form shoe, it's easier to walk in. Not heavy at all. I could see me walking in them for more than a couple of hours !
Hi m0reau, Sorry to hear about your shoes. Someone will be reaching out. -Free People
More like an orange suede
Bought these half a size up fit perfectly and comfortable especially for the height! I was slightly disappointed as the last pic doesn't depict the color correctly, I was hoping they were a deep red, they are more like an orange brown
I have never written a review for any product before, but I felt so compelled to write one for these shoes. After reading another comment, I hesitated to get them because of the traction issue but opted to get them! I got the rust suede because I dared to be different, and they fit perfectly. I have wide feet so finding shoes that fit can lead to a public breakdown but they are so sturdy when walking, are wide enough for wide feet and are a total show stopper, so cute with leggings, dark wash jeans or a loose dress. There really isn't any traction, but because the area for the base is so large, it's really not a problem. Very light weight too! Can't say enough good things about them
These boots are adorable... I was so excited to get them but was SO disappointed when they arrived. The shoes have a huge platform and heel but absolutely NO traction on the bottom. Do they want us to break our ankles?? Too expensive to be cutting corners like that.
