What are Collection Points?

Collection Points are locations other than a Free People store that you can select to ship your order to for pickup! After placing your order online, we'll authorize your payment method and send you an email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders will arrive to the Collection Point locations within 5-8 business days. Orders over $100 USD ship for FREE.

How to Place a Collection Point Order

When placing your order, you can choose "Pick Up" as a delivery option on the Delivery page before you get to the Payment page at checkout. The available locations and their hours of operation will be shown. Select items are restricted from Collection Point orders. Items on backorder are not available to be shipped to a Collection Point.

When Will I Be Charged?

Once you place your order online, we'll authorize your payment method. ApplePay and PayPal Express are not available for Collection Point orders.

You will be charged for your Collection Point item(s) once they ship to the pickup location. Your order will be held for 7 days from the receipt of the Ready for Pickup email. Orders that are not collected will be returned and refunded when they are received and processed at our warehouse. If your order is not picked up, a $5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Pick up Your Order

We'll send you a Ready for Pickup email once your package arrives at the Collection Point. If picking up at Walgreens, bring your Ready for Pickup email (mobile or a printed copy) and a valid photo ID to pick up your item(s). Orders will only be given to the customer whose name is on the order with valid photo ID. If picking up at a UPS Store or CVS, please bring your unique pickup code in your Ready for Pickup email.

Your item(s) will be held for 7 days from the receipt of the Ready for Pickup email. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be automatically returned to our warehouse. Pickup time cannot be extended.

Can I Return My Collection Point Items?

Collection Point item(s) cannot be returned at the pickup location. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange.
