Once in checkout, you can choose to pick up eligible items at a Free People store. The store nearest you will be automatically defaulted unless you have a Home Store selected. At checkout, verify your store location. If it's not correct, simply select “Change Store.”
Once you have placed your order online, we’ll authorize your payment method. You will be charged for the in-store pickup item(s) once they are picked up. Your order will be held for 4 days from the receipt of the Ready for Pickup email. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled and the authorization removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.
We'll send you a Ready for Pickup email once we're ready for you to stop by the store. Your item(s) will be held for 4 days from the receipt of the Ready for Pickup email.
