- 1: Under 132 pounds = soft bungees (silver clip)
- 2: 133 – 199 pounds = medium bungees (blue clip)
- 3: 200 – 264 pounds = strong bungees (yellow clip)
- 4: 265 – 330 pounds = extra strong bungees (red clip)
- 5: 331 – 440 pounds = ultra strong bungees (green clip)
- If you want to do intense fitness training such as HIIT or Jumping, we recommend extra strong for < 154 lbs and ultra strong for < 154 lbs.
