I’ll be the first to admit that I forget to put SPF on my body pretty often. I almost never leave the house without sunscreen on my face, but the rest of my skin is another story. In the winter maybe that’s okay — I’m wearing long layers and not spending time outdoors, but in the summer — it’s a recipe for disaster

Time and time again, I go out in the sun during the day — for a walk, al fresco dining, maybe watching a baseball game — and I return home with scorched red shoulders and a heavy dose of sunburn shame, just because I didn’t remember to put on sunscreen.
