The product must be in new, never assembled, unused, resalable condition and in the original box and packaging. We may ask that you send us pictures of the product and/or box before we will accept the return.
If the return is of no fault to Distributacon Inc., returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the price of the product being returned.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via your Order History for a prepaid return label. If the returned items meet the above conditions, we will process your refund promptly once the items have arrived to our warehouse.
