Their unique characteristics- wear on the finish, minimal tears, exposed stitching and patches- are products of time and are what makes them authentic and beautiful. Please read product descriptions carefully.
How to return your item for exchange: Pack your items securely and prepare for mail. Please alert Aloka of the return request via your Order History. Aloka will provide you with a return label upon request.
Send the package within 7 days and we'll happily issue your exchange once we approve the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
