These shoes/boots really are incredible. I got the tan color, and I absolutely love them - great neutral to wear with pretty much anything. Fit wise, I wear an 8 in all running shoes and most normal shoes, occasionally a 7.5. I was tempted to get the 39 in these, but another reviewer mentioned similar-sized feet, and she got the 38. I'm glad I ordered the 38 as well. They were *slightly* snug getting them on, but they have stretched out after 3 wears and feel great. If you plan on wearing barefoot, I'd say these run true to size to slightly small, but maybe not quite small enough to order a size up. However, if you plan on wearing socks with them, you might want to size up (although little thin no-show socks don't take up enough space to size up). I scored these last week when there was an additional 25% off sale - SCREAMIN' deal for these shoes! Even at $100 I was still going to order them. I'm so glad I did!
Love them! Getting another color!
I've ordered a couple of shoes from Freeps but while they were beautiful they weren't comfortable and I am too lazy to break shoes in anymore! These though are perfect. They are already insanely comfortable, they are cushioned and the leather is soft. Literally no break in period. I think they run true to size but stretch a bit so keep that in mind if you are a half size. I am an 8 and ordred the 38 and after a few wears they are a bit roomier but not enough to make them too big for me now. I was looking high and low for cute comfy flats and I just found them! I got the black and now I am ordering the nude :)
Wanted to love
I have two differently sized feet - a 7 on my left and a 7.5 on my right. The Azalea Flats were seemingly what I'd been looking for - a low heeled shoe easy to walk in but with some edge. The only other review did not mention sizing - so I ordered both the 37 and 38. The 37 was so small I couldn't get my size 7 foot into it. The 38 fits my size 7 foot but with slippage at the heel - but the 7.5 foot is restricted in the toe box area and width. I have an average width foot - these shoes are narrow. In the picture, the model has a lot of room between the top of her foot and the shoe - I believe they must've put that model in very over-sized shoes as the pairs I received are narrow and close fitting - there is no room between the foot and the leather. I'm torn about keeping these. They are well made - the leather is soft and the insoles are cushioned and would be comfortable to walk in if they stretch. The sizing runs small and overall the shoes seem insubstantial. They are like a cross between a loafer and a driving moc (yikes!) but w/ pointed toes.
