Canary Lane gladly accepts unused, unaltered merchandise for return with all original tags attached, but must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Once the return is approved, simply ship the rug back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label. You will receive a refund for the order, less the shipping costs associated. Please also note that all orders with a value of $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.
