An enamel bird in full relief — yellow breast, green wings, black head, the form ending in a bare metal loop.

Enamel on aluminum, formed into a bottle opener shaped as a bird — a rounded breast in yellow, a black domed head with a spotted yellow beak, dark green wings carrying black spots and fine feather detail. A white chevron crosses the chest. At the tail the enamel gives way to a bare steel loop.

Bare steel at the tail is deliberate — enamel would chip against a cap, so the working end is left unpainted. The bird stands rather than lies flat, which is why it ends up left out on a counter. The white chevron is the only straight line on the piece.
